On the path of confident development
For 2018, the Minsk Regional Customs (MRC) increased transfers to the budget by 33% compared with 2017. It turns out that, in recalculation per customs officer, the treasury received about 6.5 million rubles.
Last year, the largest number of customs operations by one employee per working day at customs clearance points (CCP) in the country was carried out at CCP 06651 of MRC «Great Stone» - about 21 per working day.
The Minsk Regional Customs administers more than half of import and export foreign trade operations carried out in the Republic of Belarus. In 2018, the number of business entities engaged in the declaration of goods at customs increased by 4% and amounted to more than 20 thousand. These figures indicate quite favorable conditions for the work of business in Minsk region.
Daily customs clearance in the MRC passes over 1.3 thousand lots of goods. During the period from January to December 2018, more than 480 thousand declarations of goods were registered at customs. At the same time, almost all of them were submitted by economic entities in electronic form. The cost of goods exported from the country increased by 15%, and the cost of imports - by 7%.
In customs, the share of shipments of imported goods, the release time of which does not exceed 2 hours, was 62%. And in January 2019, this figure increased to 74%.
The beginning of 2019 brought significant changes to the work of MRC staff. From January 1, the customs «Minsk-2» became a part of the Minsk Regional Customs. As a result of this reorganization, now all international mailings are processed on an MRC.
In addition, from the beginning of the year, officers of the Molodechno customs post at the checkpoint «Gudogai-2» (in fact, Molodechno Station), in addition to their traditional duties, began to carry out border control operations.
